Location Tutorial

Everything guests need to arrive calmly: navigation, parking plan, and what to do once you arrive.

Step 1

Arrive at Main Gate

Use the north entrance for the fastest drop-off. Security will direct wedding traffic.

Step 2

Check In at Welcome Tent

Get your printed day card with ceremony, mass, or reception access details.

Step 3

Park by Lot Color

Blue lot is closest to the ceremony lawn. Gold lot is closest to reception hall.

Step 4

Follow the Signage

Look for Joy & Eduardo markers for chapel, cocktail hour path, and reception pavilion.

Ceremony and mass location details are shared privately with guests invited to those portions of the day.

Parking Notes

  • Parking opens 90 minutes before the first event.
  • Accessible parking is available in the Blue lot near the chapel entrance.
  • Rideshare pickup and drop-off is at the fountain loop.
